Determined, prideful, diva, captain of New Directions, etc. Her main goal to become a Broadway star once she's done with school, and she's moving to New York and never looking back. She's had quite a bit of drama in her past, most of it seeming to surround Finn. Most Glee fans should know her pretty well, I'm sure, but if you need to know anything else, you can find it in her application. So yeah, happy plotting! =] PLOTS: Sam Evans:

[/b] After finding out about his homelife and the struggle his family has been going through, Rachel and Finn took it upon themselves to buy back Sam's guitar and making sure that he stays in Glee, much for his own benefit as well as theirs. After that, they two have become quite a bit closer, and Rachel considers Sam to be one of her closest friends.

Noah Puckerman: They've known each other since they were little, though never really clicked till they day they started their crazy little romantic thing back in sophomore year. Somehow they went from him throwing slushies in her face to him being her first real relationship. It only lasted a week, because both of them were pining after someone else. Over the last couple of years, they've grown closer as friends, and now she considers Noah to one of her best friends. Lately, some romantic feelings have been creeping back up on her, though she's not going to say anything for fear of him laughing in her face.

Finn Hudson: Oh Finn. Where to begin? Finn was really the first person Rachel ever properly had a crush on. Their romantic relationship is full of ups and downs, though things seems to smooth down when they were at Regionals the first time - this was also the time Finn first told Rachel he loved her. Since then, they dated for quite a few months, but broke up when she cheated on him with Puck. After that, she spent months trying to win him back, even when he got back together with Quinn. Then Jesse came back along, and that lead to quite a bit of drama and another love triangle. They agreed mutually to break things off after loosing Nationals, but she still likes to consider Finn a close friend of hers.

Blaine Anderson: She really only knows Blaine through Kurt, and that's how they first met. Blaine is the lead of the Warblers, so in some ways, he's technically Rachel's enemy. But when they're out of Glee club, she likes to consider Blaine a good friend, especially since he's dating Kurt. Sure, they kissed and did a duet at that trainwreck that was supposed to be a party, and then she ended asking him out and kissing him the day after but...well, they just prefer not to talk about that.

Kurt Hummel: They've had their share of ups and downs, but at this point, after all they've gone through, Kurt is someone Rachel considers to be one of her best friends. She's ecstatic that he's so happy in his relationship with Blaine, and he's one of the first people she ever goes to when she has something to tell someone. After they're whole little bonding moment in New York, Rachel's pretty sure that the friendship she has with Kurt is one that's going to last for a while.

Quinn Fabray: Rachel and Quinn never really got off to a good start, especially when the blonde was still captain of the Cheerios, and Rachel was part of the lowly Glee club. Things got progressively worse when the whole thing with Finn happened, but now they're at a point where they're trying to put the past behind them. It's the best thing to do, they know, but both are too stubborn to admit they were wrong. They've kind of come to an agreement to not mention the things in the past, and simply try to be more civil towards each other and maybe get to the point where they can be friends now.

Santana Lopez: This Latina girl has always terrified Rachel, and most likely always will. Even though it's a bit grudgingly, Rachel has to admit that Santana has an amazing voice and is a most important part of the Glee Club. They're not really friends, and maybe not even really acquaintances, but they know they need to work together if they want to win Nationals this year.[/justify][/div][/center][/td][/tr][/table]

Obviously Sam and Rachel would know each other from New Directions, so maybe they could have sort of an unlikely friendship or an evolving friendship or something....? I definitely think the two would at least be pretty good friends, since Rachel, Mercedes, and Sam all went to prom together. I'm open to anything, really, so it's your call. What do you think?

I love the idea of an unlikely friendship between them. Not only did they go to Prom together with Mercedes, but when she and Finn found out about his family situation, she helped buy his guitar and make sure that he stayed in New Directions - not only because they needed him, but because they're like a family. I think that's one of the few times Rachel has done something that doesn't benefit her in a direct way, which is a big thing for her character. Since Rachel is the type to have more acquaintances than close friends, I think she could consider Sam to be one of the few close friends she has. :3

I definitely think that Sam would feel the same way about considering her a close friend - especially after getting his guitar back. I think that moment in particular was just so important to him overall and him staying strong despite the situation with his home life that it's just impossible for him not to consider her a friend after that. Plus, on the show, you see them hanging out a lot more after the Rumours episode was aired. I definitely think that Rachel and Sam would make a cute set of friends, and that we should definitely thread together at some point c:

Okay, so I've always thought that Rachel and Puck have known each other for most of their lives, since they probably go to the same temple. And of course, Puck's always doing things for Rachel and he's always there for her, so at the very least, they're friends. I love the idea of Puck having feelings for Rachel and not knowing what exactly to do with them. I think that Puck would consider her one of his best friends, especially since he put all that effort into trying to get her to not get a nose job in Born This Way, and he definitely has a soft spot for her.

ah, the most tossed around glee couple there is. xD. ok so we all know that finn realized that being with quinn was just trying to pretend to fix the past, but rachel was who he had a feeling with.that led to the whole kiss on stage at nationals to her telling him she planned to go to new york - and him asking if she had any plas till then which basically put them back together. i leave this open to you because i know a lot of rachel's like other ships like puckleberry, etc. so, do we go on to say they got back together or do you want a different route for this AU and have her not get involved cause she's focused on leaving and they'll do their own things? the choice is yours im fine with either.[/blockquote]

Yes, I agree! The fact that Rachel did something like that, quite a selfless act for her character shows that she considers Sam a close friend. And I think they would make adorable friends. Besides, Chord and Lea seem to be quite close, and I love it when characters share the same friendship with their characters. xD But yes, we should totally thread them! =]

asdfghjkl; I'm so happy you ship Puckleberry, because they're pretty much my Glee OTP. x] I agree, I've always imagined Rachel and Puck having known each other since they were little, though they may have never been terribly close. Despite the fact that he used to throw slushies in her face practically every day, they've come a long way in their relationship, and I would definitely call them at least friends. I love the idea of Puck having feelings for her, and not entirely sure where to go with them. They have a romantic past (even if it lasted all of a week and then her making out with him when she was dating Finn), but I think she's probably always had a soft spot for him too, and I'm sure she probably considers him a best friend as well, even though sometimes he drives her crazy. I think over time her feelings could definitely develop into romantic ones again over time, and we can see where things go from them? =]

To be completely honest, I'm not much of a Finchel shipper anymore. My Glee OTP is probably Puckleberry, haha. You are wonderful to leave this plot open though. <3 I can't really see Rachel wanting to have a relationship that has an expiration date of graduation, kind of the same way that she's definitely a relationship type of girl rather than a fling type of girl. I love them as friends, however, and if you're alright with it, I would love it if they didn't get back together, but instead continued to be friends. In some ways I think they have so much history that they wouldn't quite work on a relationship with an expiration date, if that makes any sense? =]

buahahahahahaha, thank god. no offense but i cant stand finchel so it works out. although this shall be interesting to see what finn will do since she decides it isn't right and he broke it off with quinn (which i ship lol) damn that ryan murphy and his ways of making things confusing for my characters! haha, no really it will be fun to break finn down with all of this rejection and him being stupid to leave quinn. buahaha. but yes, friends def. forgive me if i play him awkward around her at first as the shock and feeligs still will be there for a bit with him?

Puckleberry is my OTP, too! With them, I think it's going to take a while for them to both get to where they can admit how they feel about each other, and that they've got to get through some other things before they can fully handle each other. I can definitely see them getting into some fights over things and being mad, and then one of them come running back with their tails between their legs, LOL. [/blockquote]

Bahahaha. Oh god, I love you. So far your my favorite person that plays Finn. Kinda weird to say? Well, anyways. Finchel, they're cute, but I just think they don't fit well, and Ryan Murphy is kinda trying to force them together, though it doesn't really work. Plus, he's so much taller than her, and she's so tiny...it seems really awkward. Bleh, not a Finchel shipper, hahaha. No offence to anyone who ships them, of course. ANYWAYS, now really getting onto the point. That's totally fine! I actually kind of love the idea of him being awkward around her after they break up, and not really know how to act around her. She'd probably not know how to act either, since they have so much history together. But yes, I love them as friends. Also, sexy Santana siggie! Totally unrelated, but I love it. ;D

I agree, they're both so stubborn, and since their whole previous relationship was making out, they never really talked about feelings or anything, so I think that would be a big step for both of them. I love the idea of them kind of dancing around each other for a while, and getting into fights over some of the smaller things. It's just so them, haha! They're both so stubborn, so I can see neither one giving in and admitting they were wrong, but eventually coming back with their tails between their legs. Yup. I love it! haha <3

Oh, I read over her app, and I love your character! I can definitely see Rachel almost even taking Anna under her wing, since they're so much alike. I think she'd be so excited to have found someone other than Jesse, at least who shares her same passions and desires, and dreams for what she wants to do in the future. Rachel doesn't tend to have many close female friends, though she and Mercedes got closer over the course of the last season. I love the idea of Rachel having someone who looks up to her, since she's always been an only child and never really have that experience, y'know? I think these two could become fast friends!
