STRANGE MAZE, WHAT IS THIS PLACE?

Hello all, this is Marlo, your resident Southern Bell. Marlo is very much like a little girl in that it is easy to get her excited about something and she's loves life. She has been home schooled up until this point in her life in a little fictional town called Dauphin in Alabama. Marlo is very innocent along with being pretty naive. She doesn't really understand high school at all. She wants to have friends but she doesn't understand the fight to be popular. She's just happy being happy. She is adorable and usually very perky, as she's never really been exposed to any sort of pain in her life. Her father and brother died while her mother was pregnant with her, so she grew up in their shadow and very protected by her mother. She is a total sweet heart and a great friend. You can tell her your problems and she won't tell a soul, though she probably won't understand what you're going through, she will try really hard. Marlo is extremely dependent upon her mother, more so than she knows. She can't do anything without running it by her mother first. She has never broken a rule or rebelled in any way, though she fantasizes about it.

Marlo is not used to having a lot of friends, especially since she grew up in a small town and was home schooled for most of her life. Now that she's in a real school though, she'll need a couple friends. Her friends would probably have to be people would can put up with her naivety. They wouldn't need to necessarily embrace it, but they couldn't hate her for it (duh). Anyway, let's see. Marlo could probably use someone who's kind of hard on her and tries to get her to stand up for herself more, which she has a hard time with. It might also be nice for her to have a motherly figure who can kind of protect her. Other than that, it's totally up to you guys. ^_^

Marlo won't go out of her way to make enemies with anyone,but there will probably be plenty of people who don't like her or think she's weird. She doesn't really play get what's so important about popularity, since she's never gone to a real school before. She's a total nerd. She enjoys playing the sax, studying, and sitting at home watching Star Trek. She's also in Glee club. There has never been a more perfect slushy victim. Anywho, I'm assuming most bullies will take advantage of her, which would actually be really fun to thread, so if anyone wants to do a thread like that, let me know.

This is a difficult concept for Marlo. Technically she is not allowed to date, but I'd still like to play around in this area. If there's some sweet boy who's crushing on her, they could have a sort of unofficial relationship. OR, I think it would be really fun if she had a rebellious phase and end up going out with some tough guy behind her mother's back , so if any one wants to help me out with that, it would be much appreciated. Either way, I think it would fun for her to have a love interest in her future.
