" hey there. my name is dylan. you guessed right i live in lima, ohio, however akron was my first choice to move too, but rent and all that is cheaper here. not to mention my job is here as well. i've been in lima for a little over a month now. i moved here at the end of the summer from friendship, tx. yes, there is a city named friendship in the state of texas. i am eighteen years old and i just graduated this past year. i wasn't really one for sports or any of that even though i have the look of someone who might have played. i was more about the music. music is a big deal in texas believe it or not. i picked up a guitar when i was seven and haven't stopped playing since. one of these days i'm going to turn my house into a recording studio, but for now i'm just trying to make it by in a new place.
like i said my job is here in lima, i currently am working at the lima bean coffee shop. okay, so it may not be the best job, but times are tough. plus i really like the people that come in, they all seem pretty cool. my boss on the other hand can be a straight up prick, but what job doesn't have the boss you secretly want to kill right? i'm a straight man. i'm not exactly shy, but i do have my moments. i'm not afraid to talk to people though, and over the years i have landed me a few girls. i am currently single however, no tie downs yet, but i haven't really gotten out much to get to know people really yet. i mainly just go to work and sit on the bed at my house with my guitar in hand. "

those are some of the main things i like. as far i go, i am a pretty laid back guy. i like to have fun, but i also enjoy a quiet evening just sitting at home and playing my music and escaping the world for a few moments. i am very trusting. i have the tendancy to trust right off the bat, and sometimes i can get slapped in the face for it. however, with me i do not like being lied too. that is one of the worst things you could possibly do to me is lie about something. especially if it's important. some say i can be very mysterious because i do have a guard up, and of course not knowing anyone in lima seems to make me the outcast type because everyone knows everyone. i'm not exactly sharing of everything right off the bat, so people do have a tendacy to be the puzzle to figure out. "
" well i was born in san antonio, tx. my father and mother, richard and marybeth, were both just out of college when i arrived. all of my family still lives in texas, but we moved to friendship when i was nine years old. i had the normal lifestyle childhood. i was made sure to be taken care of, and told to do homework before anything else came about in my day after school. my biggest event in life that i still do to this day is guitar and music. my entire life i listened to music, and when i was seven my dad brought home a guitar for me and wanted to give me lessons. i was a bit uninterested at first to be honest, because at seven everything looked so confusing to do. one day he finally just sat me down and showed me how easy it actually was to play it. i have never been anywhere without it since.
by the time i reached high school, i had friends. i wasn't exactly the popular kid, but i had a tendacy of keeping to myself under the shadows so to speak. i wasn't shy, but i had my moments. i don't know why i was like that, sometimes i still catch myself doing it from time to time. dinner with the folks were always weird. the typical have friends over and they acted as if they were cool. but my parents were very well liked and respected by friends and everyone in friendship. i have a lot of morals because of them, and i try to stick with them the best i can. when i graduated last year, i decided to fly the nest on my own and found myself here in lima. after a month it isn't bad. i just try to make a living at the coffee shop and enjoy my music as well. "

" dylan runs around in a superhero outfit and arrives at the school. he finds himself going to the glee room when he interupts william schuester in the middle of an asssignment with the new directions. dylan looks around awkwardly for a minute and then smiles placing his hands on his hips. "hello lima citizens! just checking in for any trouble or crime that maybe brewing here at this school. please carry on with the lesson being taught. remember to stay in school and don't forget to drop by the lima bean because every tuesday coffee is half price for students!" he said before jumping out the door like he was flying.
