This is Dave. (Hi, Dave.) You may know him. Last year, he had... let's say problems. He fell for the gay kid, Kurt, in a school with serious bullying problems - problems he then proceeded to exacerbate. He watched said kid get together with a guy he can't stand, Blaine. He's very tenuously in the closet. And he got expelled for all of two days. Junior year was a mess for Dave Karofsky. But this is his senior year, the year that's supposed to be the best year of your high school life, and he's determined to make things slightly better. Even if he's still after Kurt. And even though his plan to get in Glee club to stave off his loneliness is destined to not work quite the way he wants it to. But anyway - let's get plotting!

Eh. Karofsky definitely shot himself in the foot here. He might be a football player, and head of the Bully Whips, but before that, he was a raving lunatic bullying psychopath, in the eyes of almost everyone at school, including interim principal Sue Sylvester. Sue Sylvester, resident crazy person at McKinley. Since he's making an effort to stop bullying and change his ways, he might be able to gain a few friends, especially if said friends are hoping to see him redeem himself. It'll be hard, but if he works toward it, he might make it. Depending on how weird they thing Karofsky's attempts to be a better person all, he may still be friends with some of the nastier jocks as well.

Well, Dave is kind of madly obsessed with in love with Kurt, and, as we all know, that is not going to work out in the long run for anybody involved. Maybe there's some crazy teenage boy out there who can capture Dave's heart? Some poor deluded woman who thinks she can? Hey, I'm open for anything. Let's do this!

Dave respects Finn greatly; however, Finn doesn't feel the same way, being extremely protective of Kurt and not knowing why Dave bullied him so extensively, nor that he apologized. Very wary of Dave trying out for Glee club.

- Santana Lopez -

The two of them do Bully Whips together, and are thus forced into each others' presence. Dave really doesn't like Santana all that much, and they have a very uneasy alliance.

- Quinn Fabray -

Still smarting from Dave's bullying of her when she was pregnant. She'll eventually warm to him when he's forced to confront his non-Kurt-related bullying and figure out how to deal with it.

- Miki Yashida -

One of Dave's few friends at McKinley High. She's forgiven him for some of his antics last year, and he admires her desire to get out of Lima and make something of her life.

- Kentaro Furukawa -

Rivals due to him being on Vocal Adrenaline. May or may not hook up angrily, then cause problems because of said angry hook up.

well, let's start. these two. haha. finn being kurt's brother he was very protective of him when it came to dave's bullying. he damn sure didn't believe he turned a new leaf with the bully whips and the sad case of santana love. gag. so, finn really doesn't believe dave when he tries to do things that are right because of dave's past and yea. he will be very skeptical of this guy. especially if he tries for glee. finn will be like...oh fuck. xD

SANTANA & DAVE
....razorblades. still in there. don't mess with her. haha, no, so santana knows. they were each others beard last year, but im a brittana shipper and all and honestly i didnt expect to get a dave. um, so let me tell ya what happened. dave and santana quit being beards over the summer cause santana wants brittany. plain and simple. i think santana will be more....understanding with dave cause they are both hiding who they are. but she will still get up in his grill if he steps over line. OH, and they are bully whip workers. dun dun dun.

It's kind of sad, though, because I get the feeling Dave doesn't hate Finn - on the contrary, he probably admires him, for going through such a rough patch with Quinn and then Rachel being with Jesse St. James. But he'd understand Finn's logic. I actually had an idea here, though - maybe Dave goes to Finn first with his idea to try out for Glee club, which would prompt the obligatory 'oh, FUCK.' And would probably not work out well at all between the two of them. XD

Dude, no worries at all, I ship Brittana too. (Lesbian role models ftw!) I figured there was no way in hell that Santana would stay Dave's beard after the whole 'Prom Queen' debacle - I mean, she was only his beard so she could win. They had no lasting reason to stay together. (Except their awesome shared dancing skills. Admit it.) But they would probably be forced to talk a lot about Bully Whips, even if Karofsky doesn't like her very much. At least it's someone to confide him. And if 'over the line' is the same as 'I might try out for Glee', RAZORBLADES WILL BE DRAWN. I hope.

i'm so frickin' glad we have a dave XD - sorry had to get that off my chest. anyway, i think that there would be quite a bit of friction between these two, since dave made her life hell when she was pregnant and i think quinn wouldn't trust him because of that (: although, i can maybe see her learning to trust him a little more as time progresses. whatcha think? XD

As of right now, it would seem that David needs friends or, at the very least, someone who won't judge him for his past actions. I'm so open to the idea of having Miki be one of those people, as she has a more tolerating view of the world. After that, my bran goes a little ka-put, since my muse refuses to churn out ideas.

KENTARO && DAVID = KEVID?


Vocal Adrenaline vs. Possible New Directions. The only thing I can see that they share is sexual orientation. Plus, the only reason Kentaro would ever be in Lima would be to secretly go hang out at the local Comic-Book store. Other than that, I don't see these two doing much but fling insults at each other during Nationals (that is, if David joins ND). Possible fling or whatever is an open idea.

I can definitely see that happening. Dave hasn't thought much about his behavior towards the other outcasts pre-Kurt - his mind is like Kurt central, unfortunately - so someone forcing him to confront THAT part of his past would be good for him. Friction growing into a slight friendship it is!

Oh that's lovely! Maybe she was really impressed by his turn-around into anti-bullying? *I don't want to godmode here, just spitting out ideas.* But he does need a friend, and the yearbook photographer would eventually ambush some football player for a photo, I imagine, XD And I like the way she thinks, that she just wants to get out and be in the world.

Dave buys his comic books online, so that's out. Lol, jk. Yeah, I can see them definitely hurling insults at each other based on the ND/VA rivalry. As for a possible fling... I have no idea. I don't think Dave would be willing to bring that kind of bad press onto himself if it ever got out at McKinley, because it combines two of the worst things he could do for his social standing: 1) homosexuality and 2) seeing someone from an opposing glee club. That being said, I like torturing my characters, so who knows?

Okay so get ready for a lot of hate coming from Mercedes. They didn't really adress much of Mercedes opinion of Karofsky on the show. But I have a feeling she hates him for everything he did to Kurt. She is not ready to forgive him and probably won't forgive him unless he really tries hard for it. She isn't going to trust him at all and will probably give him cold glares and such. After all he caused her best friend to transfer schools and threatened his life. And anyone threatening Kurt does not go well with Mercedes. And of course he bullied her, slushied her and everything. Probably bullied her about her weight before. so hatred from Mercedes definately. add/subtract/modify

I think these two could have a really funny relationship. Marlo is incredibly gullible, and will definitely think he is really a nice guy like he says he is. He might do terrible things to her and then apologize a million times she would probably still forgive him. She might not ever really be friends with him, but she wouldn't go out of her way to get back at him. She'd definitely never stand up for herself. Umm.... That's all I can think of for now. Add?
